I bought it, how do I get it on another device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and download it again from the store. You do not pay twice. With Apple Family Sharing, your family members can download it too.
How do I open the parent settings?
Press and hold the settings button for three seconds. The gate keeps little fingers out.
How do I change a child’s age or language?
Open the parent settings, choose the child, and change their age, language or difficulty.
The sound is quiet or missing
Check the volume and the silent switch. Discover plays its voices and sounds from the device, so no internet is needed.
